Farmers Markets are open again for those of us who don’t live in the warmer parts of the country. Taking advantage of the seasonal favorites offering the best nutrition, your healthiest buys this month will be strawberries; fresh herbs for your summer cooking; onions including green; asparagus; leeks; rhubarb; radishes; lettuce and a variety of other greens. Summer flowers have probably been marked down this late into the planting season so you may find some bargains.
