It’s funny how our culture works. One day you hear a new term for something, such as “going green” or an item about that “cool green building” and while you are contemplating becoming a vegetarian or working at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, you find out that that’s not what the term refers to.
Becoming "green" or more environmentally aware is a good thing. There are small things each of us can do in our daily lives to increase our contributions to the “greening” of our environment.
Unplugging the charger from your cell phone when the phone is not attached, using an old-fashioned draft stopper between your doors and the floor, or only running the dishwasher when it’s full, all help to save energy.
